One of our most notable achievements is the successful completion of the Merilyn Close project, a 9-month endeavour that we accomplished a few years ago.

The story behind Merilyn Close began when our client acquired a detached property from a previous developer who had not adhered to building regulations. To bring this property up to our high standards, we embarked on a comprehensive reconstruction journey. The entire property had to be stripped back to its bare shell, allowing us to create a blank canvas for our ambitious plans.

With the project in full swing, we took on the challenge of fully refurbishing the property. We implemented two first-floor rear extensions and skillfully reconfigured the entire first-floor and ground floor layout which required substantial structural engineering. Our primary focus was on optimising space utilisation, enhancing room arrangements, and maximising functionality.

By closely adhering to the client’s brief, we successfully crafted a space that not only exudes opulence but also fulfils the practical needs of a modern family.
