Once you have contacted us, we will discuss your project and get to know you, while you have the opportunity to get to know us as well. We can answer any questions and book in to do a free consultation on site and meet you in person.
During the consultation we can get to understand the project in detail and identify any areas which will need careful planning. We are happy to work through any questions, and discuss design ideas that you may have. This will give us everything we need to provide you with a comprehensive itemised quote that matches your brief.
Once we have agreed the scope of works we will put together a contract which is suitable for your project. We will work out the finer points of the project with you, and help with any supply items or designs if needed.
In the background we will be preparing all of the project documentation, including a full schedule of works and health & safety documentation.
At Pyramids we believe in a personal approach to each project. We dedicate a project manager to oversee your build. They will liaise and coordinate between Architects, Structural Engineers and Interior Designers if needed.
We will also liaise with any other organisations that your build requires, such as Local Authority Building Control, Planning Departments and Utility Companies. Relax and let us take you from conception to completion!
