When our clients purchased a run-down three-bedroom semi-detached cottage in Mortlake, they saw its potential to be their dream family home. We shared their vision and have helped them turn it into a reality.
The new kitchen extension, hallway and cloak-room WC required a two zone wet underfloor heating system.
We prepared and managed the installation of the hand-painted Harvey Jones kitchen, which was finished by our installation of the beautiful walnut worktop prepared with Danish oil. A white-washed solid oak floor was laid to create a modern twist on a traditional build. The new kitchen extension hallway and downstairs toilet room required a two zone wet underfloor heating system. We installed a Wiseman storage combi boiler which could not only service the whole property but also fit nicely into the space to give a seamless look.
Our clients wanted to have as much wardrobe storage space as possible so we gave them clever bespoke carpentry to make the best use of the available space. The master bathroom and the en-suite have been thoughtfully designed to maximise the space whilst maintaining the idea of modern and traditional finishes.
Our clients are very pleased with their beautiful new home and have already recommended us to some of their friends.
